Judy Kovatch has over 30 years experience leading and facilitating groups, teams, and individuals. As a vice president  for large international company, she successfully led major strategic initiatives.  She has woven her corporate experience with her lifelong study and practice of yoga, meditation, hypnosis and spiritual traditions to create programs of growth, healing, creativity and spiritual awareness. Hundreds have found inspiration, expanded awareness and positive new life directions from the programs she has created.   Judy draws from a tradition that is non-dogmatic and open to all levels . She describes her role as that of a supportive facilitator  She encourages her clients to enter a space of graceful self-inquiry, helping them access their own potential

Corporate Yoga and Hypnosis Wellness Programs

 

Many employers take a pro-active approach to employee wellness by offering onsite wellness programs. A wellness program can be developed to suit the needs and schedule of your group. Deep breathing, stretching, and relaxation techniques help people feel physically and mentally refreshed.

 

Free Introduction: To introduce your employees to my Wellness Program and to help people decide if they wish to participate I will provide one free seminar. The seminar includes the program benefits with time to answer questions.  Seminar experiences include simple breathing techniques, simple postures for stretch breaks and a short meditation for relaxation

 

Programs are developed in partnership each client to meet their needs and objectives. There are a variety of ways to introduce and integrate yoga into your workplace environment before or after work hours, or during lunch hours: For example :  Weekly yoga classes at your site .  Free Introductory workshops followed by on-going classes. Lunch hour programs,  Presentations during meetings or retreats.

 

Office Yoga for Stress Reduction: Ideal for anyone regardless of age, shape, size, sex, or fitness level.  Done in regular office attire, using chairs.  employees learn simple techniques to reverse the stress response and to reduce the effects of chronic stress.  Each session offers information and some light yoga, breathing and meditation. Office Yoga classes can be taught in approximately 30- 45 minutes, available in the early mornings, lunchtime, or evenings (except Fridays). 

Yoga at Work:  Weekly onsite traditional yoga mat classes emphasizing relaxation & deep muscle release. These classes often help employees with back problems, repetitive use injuries (like carpal tunnel syndrome) as well as stress reduction. Appropriate for all levels of fitness and experience

 

B-R-E-A-T-H-E   A  short workshop of mindful breathing. Learn exercises that help you in your daily life to energize your body, relax your mind, fuel your spirit, and enhance your overall health.

 

Inner Self-Makeover  A one-hour seminar for participants wanting to achieve more balance in their lives. Explore your own goals for your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health, and discover methods to implement actions in your everyday life to achieve those goals today.

 

Meditation for Beginners  An interactive one hour workshop teaching participants how to maintain a relaxed, focused, and clear mind in the midst of a busy schedule. Maintain good judgment, stay goal-oriented, and enhance physical, mental and emotional health through brief relaxations, simple meditations, and observation exercises.

 

Weight Control for Wellness Program  A six-week program offering participants the information, motivation, and support to achieve their weight loss and fitness goals. Program includes yoga exercise, breathing  techniques and hypnosis session with handouts and weekly homework.
